what i did was i plugged my phone to my computer using the usb plug, then i went to: settings and tools –> tools–> USB Mass Storage.
from here i can get videos, pictures, and songs from my computer to my phone, BUT i cant see the videos and photos that i have taken with the phone.
when i open the (F) drive where all my phones songs, vids, and pics are, and i open the pics folder, the only pics that i see are the ones that i imported from my computer to the phone, but not ones that i have taken with the phones camera.
The easiest way to do it would be to store your pictures and videos on a micro SD card. You can then put the card into the full-size SD adapter and plug it directly into your computer. You will be able to access all of your photos and videos. Plus, having the memory card allows you to free up space on you Dare to keep it running quickly.
You would need to move the pics and videos from the phone memory to the card. Then they will be seen on your PC. Then you can just click and drag them to the PC.
To move all go in to view all your pics, options, move, mark all, move, card. Done.
