I have videos on my computer that I want to put on my LG Dare. I have a 4gb SD card so space is not an issue. Is there a certain format that the videos have to be in, and how exactly do I transfer them to my phone? Thanks!

You can use bitpim, it’s a free software, do google search for bitpim.
