LG Dare Wallpapers

i have the voyager and its a great phone, but id really like to get a phone that can play videos from youtube. can the LG dare do this? is there any phone for verizon right now that can play youtube videos? is there any future phone in production that can play videos for the near future? is verizon working on a new ultimate phone yet/
