my dad has the only cellphone. he has 300 minutes monthly and thats pretty much all we need. but the thing is, we need 2 more phones.. me and my mom need one but 700 minutes for $60 is too much for the family share plan. we don’t need all those minutes. is there a way to get less?

The least expensive family share plan is the 700 minute plan. You can’t go lower.
Verizon can block numbers but the account holder has to make the request.
